Apartment completion in P. Faliro

During the construction crisis, several apartment buildings remained in the initial stage of work

In a building built in 2004, the 2nd floor apartment was not completed. The owner, after buying the said apartment, trusted our company to proceed with the completion and construction of his house.

Although the construction was modern in design we had to make some changes to the layout to meet the needs of the owners.

The new design included a new storage space next to the kitchen, and a 2nd en – suite bathroom in the master bedroom. Otherwise the open plan dining area was maintained as well as the 3 rooms.

We started the work by doing the necessary electrical and plumbing work so that they follow the modern and contemporary design we proposed. We could not rely on the old facilities so everything was done from scratch. Regarding the heating of the house, a Daikin autonomous gas boiler and Purmo radiators were installed. An energy fireplace was also installed in the living room for a warmer note on cold winter nights. In all the rooms and in the living room pre-installations of air conditioners were made to cover the cooling needs of the house. Of course, new energy-saving thermal frames were installed in a beautiful gray color.

In the living room, the design department of our company proposed a plasterboard construction that houses the energy fireplace and with the hidden lighting and the stone cladding they create a very imposing ensemble.

In the kitchen we chose acrylic glossy doors in pale colors and hidden knobs. The rooms have laminate flooring and wardrobes with a combination of glossy and bakelite surfaces.

Finally, ABB socket switches and an alarm system of the company PARADOX were installed.
