Apartment renovation in Chalandri

In February 2021, the team of Mecha Engineering completed the total reconstruction of a new 110 sq.m. apartment in Chalandri.

Based on the needs of the owners, we created a comfortable, practical and elegant space fully harmonized with today’s standards.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, a small storage room and an open plan living-kitchen-dining area.

Upon entering the apartment the guest is in the living room and dining area. The beautiful entrance closet, which stands out, adds another storage space to the house.

Behind the living room extends the space of the Italian cuisine Arredo3. Simple lines contribute to the functionality but also to the visual result, being a pleasant, daily meeting place for all family members. The Corian bench adds a pleasant feeling of cleanliness to the space.

In the bathroom and the WC were placed built-in sanitary ware with beautiful furniture from marine plywood.

Remarkable are the interventions that were made in the energy upgrade of the house. The perimeter of the apartment was shielded with new energy-saving thermal frames and an autonomous heating system was installed with a natural gas condensing boiler of the company RIELO.

Finally, earthy and neutral colors offered a pleasant atmosphere in the family combining simplicity with elegance.
