Apartment renovation with jacuzzi in Thiseio

The property is located in the area of Thiseio, just a 2-minute walk from the central market and the pedestrian street. 

It was purchased by MECHA Engineering in 2021 with the intention of completely renovating it and operating it as a short-term rental property. 

At the beginning of 2022 the property was completely renovated. New plumbing and electrical installations were built, a 1,20 x 0,60 tile floor was installed in the daycare areas, the window frames were replaced with new ones from the Europa company with double glazing and electric roller shutters. 

For the heating and cooling of the property we installed a central Multi system from the AUX company with internal wall units in each room. The system offers heating and cooling autonomy per room at a very low cost.

In terms of design and decoration, we chose Casa Cook’s influences with earthy tones and dark woods. In this way, the property attracts a larger audience for short-term rentals. 

In the kitchen, the hanging hood in the center draws attention. Also, the glass divider and the headboards of the beds, which are made of solid oak wood, give a special style. What makes the property stand out is the 3-person jacuzzi, located in the master bedroom. We were basically focused on the master bedroom’s design and on heating-ventilation comforts as well.
