Construction Building in Glyfada – In Progress

The apartment building is located in Glyfada and consists of 3 floors with a total of 450 square meters.

• On the 1st floor. the A1 apartment which corresponds to 150 sqm.
• On the second floor we find two apartments, B1, B2 of 75 sqm each.
• Finally, on the 3rd floor, a total apartment C1 of 150 sq.m.

The construction is expected to be at the stage of completion in October 2023.

All apartments will be fitted with high quality materials, with wooden floors throughout and kitchens and wardrobes from an Italian company.
The building was lined externally with 8 cm thermal insulation in order to achieve very low heating and cooling losses. The apartments also have an underfloor heating system and air conditioners for cooling which, in combination with the Daikin heat pumps and air conditioners, offer great performance with great economy.
