Construction of an Apartment Building in Alimos

Our company’s new project is located in Alimos and concerns the construction of a five-storey apartment building. The apartment building consists of five apartments, each with a surface area of 110-120 square meters.

Each apartment includes a single living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as three bedrooms with two bathrooms. In addition, there is a small storage area and a laundry area within the apartment.

We aimed for high energy efficiency for the building in order to achieve an extremely low energy footprint (A++). The construction of the building will be done using energy stone blocks, combined with external thermal insulation, offering resistance to low and high temperatures.

DAIKIN heat pumps have been calculated for the heating of the apartments, in combination with underfloor heating. Cooling will be achieved with DAIKIN mini VRV systems.

For hot water, emergency circulation systems with solar panels will be used, combined with a heat pump, providing 24/7 hot water for residents.

In addition, it is planned to install photovoltaic panels to save energy using the net-metering method.

Inside, the apartments will feature oak wood floors and Italian kitchen and wardrobe furniture. The design of the building includes large windows on the facade, offering natural lighting to the apartments.

Finally, special attention has been paid to the development of the underground space to create maximum parking spaces, and for this reason the installation of a vehicle lift is planned.
