House renovation in Aspropyrgos

The renovation of the apartment located in Aspropyrgos, Attica took place from November 2015 to January 2016.

The house, with an area of 115 sq.m., was uninhabited for a long time and the owners wanted to turn it into a modern house.

After the dismantling we noticed intense corrosions in the reinforcement of the roof slab due to the insufficient insulation of the roof. After the damages were repaired, we proceeded with the renovation.

Due to age it was deemed necessary to replace all hydraulic and electrical networks. Exterior thermal insulation, roof insulation and new thermal break frames were installed.

In the house we rearranged the spaces and three comfortable rooms were created and an open plan living room kitchen. The master room also has a walking closet for comfortable storage of clothes.

The kitchen stands out with its beautiful contrast in colors and curved corners. Interesting designs were made of plasterboard and hidden lighting in the living room and the fireplace was built from scratch to match the modern aesthetics of the space.
