Maisonette construction in Thrakomakedones (2019)

At the foot of Parnitha and more specifically in the wider area of ​​Thrakomakedones, the construction of three new independent houses takes place.

The houses with a total area of ​​400 sq.m. are located on a plot of 1,000 sq.m. about.

The two houses of them are developed on three levels, basement-ground floor and first floor while the third house is basement and ground floor. All the houses are built with a roof according to the building conditions of the area.

The work that has been done so far is the following:

• Excavations at the foundation level of the buildings
• Grounding
• Concreting of the supporting body from reinforced concrete
• Basement insulation
• Embankments

The project is under construction with an expected completion time at the end of 2019.
