Maisonette renovation in Voula

New maisonette renovation project in the area of ​​Voula. The purpose of the project was to divide the first floor of the maisonette into 2 parts so that one functions as an independent apartment and the other is integrated with the second floor (with internal stairs) to become a comfortable maisonette.

Taking into account the wishes of the owners, the proposals of our team and with the help of 3D drawings we came to the final form of the project when we built a comfortable WC under the stairs, new living room kitchen with energy fireplace on the first floor and 3 comfortable bedrooms with bathroom on the second floor.

Significant projects were carried out in the energy part of the house where a heating system was rebuilt with a high temperature Daikin Altherma heat pump with suitable infrastructure for hot water and floor and roof insulation with suitable insulation to meet the new building energy efficiency regulations. All the frames were also replaced with the Europa energy frames.

For the needs of the renovation, the following works were performed:

Demolition of floors, dismantling of old closets, doors, kitchen, bathroom, etc.

New water supply and sewerage installation throughout the apartment with cold-hot collector and multi-layer duct.

Complete renovation of the bathroom, with new sanitary ware of Ideal Standard, Geberit wall-mounted cistern and bathroom cabin.

New electrical installation with new panel, with installation of data network. Installation of Paradox alarm system.

New heating network with Daikin Altherma high temperature heat pump system.

New Dura radiator bodies outer loop.

Replacement of frames with the new Europa 8500 thermal insulation frames with heavy duty shutters.

Installation of new synthetic granite tiles in the living room, dining room, kitchen. Installation of polished wooden floor in the bedrooms.

Installation of new interior doors and cabinets with damping mechanisms and brakes.

Construction of plasterboard suspended ceiling with spot and perimeter lighting.

Construction of a new kitchen by the company Mobilturi with bakelite doors and a counter made of white quartz.

Installation of Siamo security door with veneer lining.
