The property is located in the area of ​​Paleo Faliro and more specifically in Naiadon Street next to the town hall of Paleo Faliro. It is 600m (8 minutes walk) from the sea and 300m (4 minutes walk) from the market of Paleo Faliro (Agios Alexandros). At a street nearby it takes place a public market every Friday.
