It is 600m (8 minutes walk) from the sea and 300m (4 minutes walk) from the market of Paleo Faliro (Agios Alexandros). At a street nearby it takes place a public market every Friday. Also very close to the property there is a tram stop (Panagitsa) and the 126 bus station as well.

The property was bought by MECHA Engineering in 2021 and in the same year the works for its complete renovation started, with the aim of reselling it.

During the renovation of the property we chose to remove the kitchen and create an open plan living room (open plan). In the old kitchen we built a small but functional room.
