Apartment renovation in Thissio

The property is located in the area of ​​Thiseio, just 2 minutes walk from the main market and the pedestrian street.
The purpose of its renovation was to exploit it as a short-term lease property.
New plumbing and electrical installations were constructed, a 1.20 x 0.60 tiled floor was installed in the living areas and a semi-solid wood floor in the rooms, the frames were replaced with new Europa windows with double glazing and electric shutters.
To heat the property, we installed an autonomous Daikin gas boiler system with a new single-pipe circuit and internal loop bodies.
For the cooling of the property, we installed a central Multi system of the Carrier company with indoor wall units in each space. The system offers autonomy of heating and cooling per room at a very low cost.
In terms of design and decoration, we chose the influences of Nordic design with earth tones.
We gave special weight to the kitchen with the hanging hood in the center. Also special style gives the glass divider as well as the headboard of the master bed which is lined with tiles and hidden lighting.
