A full renovation costs from 700 €/m² to 1,150 €/m², depending on the package. For a 70 m² apartment that means from €49,000 to €80,500. The final price is fixed after the site visit.

Executive, from 700 €/m². It costs less because it restores the existing floors and keeps the heating system, replacing only the radiators.

Yes. All three packages include Italian kitchen units, a sink with tap and under-cabinet lighting. The worktop is laminate in Executive and Superior, Corian in Deluxe. The length of the kitchen depends on the size of the home.

The cost depends mainly on four things: the construction company you choose, the location and position of the plot, the ground conditions and the materials. Rocky or unstable ground, a high water table or neighbouring buildings can increase it. Your engineer will suggest where savings can be made without losing quality.

Our first proposal gives you a cost and schedule estimate. We prepare the detailed costing from the designs and the issued building permit, with a cost table of the works and a schedule based on realistic material delivery times. That way the final cost is clear before work begins.

Yes, and it is the most cost-effective moment to do it. Insulation, a heat pump and underfloor heating all need the walls and floors to be open already. The Deluxe package includes all three.

Energy performance is set by the energy study, and we carry it through correctly on site. We use high-quality external insulation, certified thermal-break windows with energy-efficient glazing and the right heating and cooling system, such as underfloor heating or fan coils. Where it makes sense, we add solar panels with net metering.

We only carry out full home renovations. The bathroom and kitchen are fully renovated, but as part of the whole project. That is what allows us to commit to the price, the date and the warranty, which is not possible for a single job.

The package is finalised before work starts. First comes the design of the home and the list of works, and that is when you decide what goes in and what does not. So when the project starts, you already know exactly what is included.

Yes. All exterior windows are replaced with certified EUROPA thermal-break aluminium, whichever package you choose.

A three-year construction warranty with all three, together with third-party liability insurance for the project and a weekly progress report.

We handle the construction from excavation to turnkey handover: structural frame, services, insulation, windows, finishes and supervision. The designs and building permit come ready from your own designer, and construction follows them. One of our engineers is solely responsible for the project, so responsibility is never passed between crews.

Usually 2 to 6 months, depending on the size and the works. The overall timeline is decided at the design stage, when long-lead materials are also ordered.

No. In a full renovation the water and electricity are cut off and every room becomes a building site. We plan for this from the start, so you know how many months you will need to stay elsewhere.

Construction happens in four phases. First, preparation, excavation and the reinforced-concrete frame. Then masonry, plumbing, electrical and plastering. Next come insulation, windows and floors. Finally, completion: kitchen, wardrobes, doors, sanitary ware, painting and final checks.

Every week we send you a progress report with the status and schedule of the works. One engineer is your single point of contact for the whole project, coordinating the crews and answering every question, so you always know where construction stands.

Debris removal is included in every package and we take care of it. Moving and storing your own furniture is not included.

You make the choices, from pre-selected ranges of our suppliers, with the design as your guide. That way we know the cost and delivery time of every material in advance.

At every pour we take concrete samples and send them to a specialist laboratory for testing. The results show the real strength of the concrete in the building, so structural safety is based on measurements, not assumptions.
