Apartment renovation in Agia Paraskevi

The new project of Mecha Engineering concerns the renovation of a very beautiful 148sqm apartment in the area of ​​Agia Paraskevi. The apartment of the apartment building was built in 1985, it was completely renovated so that the new spaces meet the needs of the owners.

Thus, the new design was based on the union of the kitchen area with the open plan dining and living area, creating the feeling of a larger house. The use of an oak divider helped in the mental separation of the space which in combination with the construction on both sides of the fireplace in the same shades made the transition from one space to another smoother without different tonal shades.

The kitchen of the house is really impressive! Functional design and Italian finesse. Doors painted in lacquer in mint shade in combination with wood and plenty of storage space. In the extension of the kitchen, a space was created for the living of the family members, which serves the daily needs of relaxation, food or even work.

The living room area acquired a new character. Dominant elements are the composition of the fireplace with wooden slats, oak bookcase with white lacquer in matte texture and hidden lighting with a mint shade on the wall, are a composition that does not go unnoticed.

The old WC was converted into a comfortable modern space. Hexagonal tiles with different shades of beige and black and with black built-in sanitary ware steal the show.

In the main bathroom of the house was built a new shower with glass securite sliding cabin in black frame, illuminated mirror and built-in sanitary ware.

Of course, in such a renovation, all the hydraulic water supply and sewerage pipes were replaced, a new heating network with an individual gas boiler, as well as all the electrical supplies with new plug-in material. All wooden floors were maintained, all walls and ceilings were plastered and painted with ecological paints.
