Apartment renovation in Agia Paraskevi

In June 2021, the team of Mecha Engineering completed the complete reconstruction of a new apartment of 80 sq.m. in Agia Paraskevi.

Based on the needs of the owners, we created a comfortable, practical, and elegant space fully harmonized with today’s standards.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open plan living, kitchen, and dining area that is mentally separated by a metal divider.

The use of oak flooring as a timeless material in all areas of the house radically changed the image of the apartment in relation to the old type of tile that existed.

Upon entering the apartment the guest is in the living room and dining area. The eyes fall on the composition of the TV furniture and the energy fireplace, which is able to heat comfortably and quickly the entire open space while saving on the fuel that is wood.

Behind the composition of the TV extends the space of Italian cuisine Arredo3. Simple lines contribute to the functionality but also to the visual result, being a pleasant, everyday meeting place for all members of the family.

Built-in sanitary ware was placed in the bathroom while the walk-in cabin gives the feeling of a larger space.

Remarkable are the interventions that were made but also in the energy upgrade of the house. The perimeter of the apartment was shielded with new energy-efficient thermal break windows of Europa and an autonomous heating system was installed with a gas condensing boiler of the company DAIKIN.

Finally, earthy and neutral colors offered a pleasant atmosphere in the family combining simplicity with elegance.
