Apartment renovation in Nikaia

In December 2021, our team completed the construction of a brand new house section in the area of Nikaia.

On the first visit we found out that the best area of the house which was on the facade with a view from Athens to Piraeus (as the house is on the 6^th floor), remained unused due to incomplete construction and poor insulation.

Our team undertook to rebuild the space, respecting all the specifications, so that it becomes an elegant but also energy efficient part of the house.

After removing all the old structures, walls and ceilings were reconstructed by placing 10 cm of insulating material inside. Then the fireplace was moved to its new place and the living room area was built with a new fireplace composition as well as a decorative brick on the TV wall.

In order to achieve the imaginary separation of the living room from the entrance area, a metal structure with diagonal elements in black was placed with open parts and parts with decorative glass as well.

Our interventions were completed with changes to all the doors of the residence, decorative slats in the bedroom as well as a new composition in the entrance room. Finally, the bathroom was also renovated with new tiles, a shower cabin and sanitary ware in an impressive black color.
