Apartment renovation in Polydroso

The new project of our company concerned the renovation of a 105sqm apartment in Chalandri. The original construction of the house was in 1945 and later in 1973 it was expanded, at which time there was a large front for radical changes.

Initially we demolished various walls and we managed to create a house with an open plan living room with dining area, two bedrooms, one of which is a master with open dressing room, bathroom and wc.

Of course in such a renovation all the plumbing and electrical supplies were replaced. The system of the smart home with the Legrand socket switches was installed. We placed special emphasis on the pre-installation of the air conditioning units so that we have the most complete visual effect.

The house was shielded with an external thermal facade system by Baumit pro and Alumil aluminum frames

The kitchen of the house is made in Italy and is really delicious! The white lacquered doors in combination with the large oak surfaces and the white quartz counters give a sense of luxury in the space. The window in front of the sink along the entire counter gives another ‘air’ to the whole construction and takes off the concept of minimal

The ceilings of the living room and the kitchen are made with black recesses, incorporating hidden lighting inside and are harmoniously combined with the anthracite pressed cement mortar in the composition of the fireplace.

In the master room, a dressing room was built with an open type wardrobe to serve the increased storage needs of the couple.
