Apartment renovation in the area of Papagos

New apartment renovation project in the area of ​​Papagou. Our goal was to create a modern and comfortable home for a young couple.

Taking into account the wishes of the owners and with the help of 3D drawings we came up with the final designs. The points that stand out are the fireplace of the living room from which all the old investments were dismantled and redesigned with a final result that combines pressed cement mortar and artificial stone in shades of gray, the constructions of the hidden lighting on the living room ceiling and the kitchen which changed location and acquired an islet in the middle of its space, thus marrying Design with usability.

In the energy part of the house, the heating system with a new Daikin natural gas boiler was constructed from the beginning with a suitable infrastructure for hot water and new Daikin air conditioners were installed in all areas for their cooling. It is worth noting that all the machines are fully controlled through an application from the mobile phone.

Roof insulation was installed inside the suspended ceilings, with appropriate insulation to meet the new energy efficiency regulations of buildings. All the frames were also replaced with the energy frames of the Europa 6000 Hybrid

For the needs of the renovation, the following works were also performed:

Demolition of floors, dismantling of old closets, doors, kitchen, bathroom, etc.

New water supply and sewerage installation throughout the apartment with cold-hot collector and multi-layer duct.

Complete renovation of the bathrooms, with new built-in sanitary ware of Ideal Standard, Geberit wall-mounted cistern and bathroom cabin.

New electrical installation with new panel, with installation of data network. Installation of Paradox alarm system.

New heating network with Daikin gas boiler system

New internal loop radiators Purmo Ventil radiators.

Replacement of frames with the new Europa 6000 thermal insulation frames with heavy duty shutters.

Installation of a new wooden floor in the three bedrooms and marble tile in the rest

Installation of new interior doors and cabinets with damping mechanisms and brakes.

Construction of a suspended plasterboard ceiling with spot and hidden lighting in the living room

Construction of a new kitchen with polymer doors and a counter made of white Corian.

Installation of armored security door.

The result was completed with the soft colors of Vivechrom according to the suggestions of the decoration team.
