Construction of a maisonette in Artemida

The creation of a two-storey holiday maisonette of a new couple was the object of design undertaken by our company.

Our company undertook the complete construction of the house from the design to the final delivery of all works. The customers chose the materials to be used and all the rest was taken over by the engineers of MECHA Engineering!

The house is organized on two levels and the main principle of landscaping is the view to the sea.

From the south side, the spaces open to the view and to the outdoor area of ​​the house.

On the ground floor are the living rooms and the guest house while on the first floor are private family rooms.

The basement houses mechanical and parking spaces. The house is equipped with ‘smart home’ systems such as automation of lights, electrical appliances and more.

Finally, for the protection of the southern openings from the summer sun, the installation of blinds and canopies has been foreseen.
