Apartment renovation in Ano Patisia

An apartment of the 70’s in the center of Athens and more specifically in the area of ​​Patissia was renovated following the needs of our time!

In a total area of ​​80sq.m, located on the 5th floor of an apartment building has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms, comfortable bathroom and storage.

Without retaining any of the existing materials of the apartment except of course the perimeter masonry that delimits the property, the result is what is shown in the photos.

All the floors were covered with semi-solid polished oak floor except for the bathroom which consists of a combination of granite tiles in mosaic texture and pressed cement mortar.

Simple lines and warm wood materials in the composition of the energy fireplace with gas boiler come next to the floor in the living room.

Modern and contemporary is the new kitchen of Italian specifications in matte shades that in combination with the bakelite countertop in marble texture highlight the space, fully equipped with damping mechanisms and has no knobs as it was chosen to be gola type.

Wardrobes and interior doors perfectly matched the warm colors of the rest of the house, giving a harmonious result as a whole.

The energy upgrade of the house with energy-saving thermal frames is also effective, which in combination with the condensing natural gas boiler and the internal thermal insulation with stone wool over the plasterboard false ceiling, make the thermal comfort of the house level.

Finally, the choice of harmonious lighting and modern furniture complement the renewed image of the apartment.
