Apartment renovation in Penteli

New complete renovation project by Mecha. Complete renovation of a house – maisonette in Penteli. Spatially no changes were made since the original space was quite functional.

An impressive change was made in the kitchen which was made in a modern design with an island in the middle and the fireplace was modified accordingly to be covered with pressed cement mortar and painted black metal.

Equally impressive were the changes to the living room, where wooden decorative beams were placed on the ceiling and the old fireplace was replaced with new energy and composition for the TV.

In addition, work was done in all other areas such as:

Two new bathrooms with Geberit built-in cisterns and hanging basins Ideal Standard Tesi, built-in Grohe faucets for the shower and bathtub.

In the kitchen area, the old tiles were replaced with new granite tiles measuring 75×75

All the wooden parquets as well as the staircase were sanded and passed with ecological water veneer with satin look

All old wooden frames were replaced with new aluminum ones in wood color
