House completion in Glyfada

The completion of a 2nd floor house in the area of ​​Glyfada has been completed. The specific house of 95 square meters had been left unexploited at the plastering stage since 2001. Our purpose was not to complete the construction but also to arrange all the procedural documents to install a PPC meter and EYDAP but also to arrange all that need to become the IKA.

After the necessary design was done by the Interior design department of our company, we proceeded with the construction. The combination of black and white, the open plan kitchen as well as the impressive marble-style floor compose a minimal decoration.

In the living room we will distinguish the special texture and aesthetics of the gray wall that has been covered with pressed cement mortar and the simple lines of the furniture. In the kitchen, the Corian counter stands out as well as the white glossy doors. The bathroom next to the living room follows the same aesthetics as the gray tiles and the white bench lined with pressed cement mortar.

The rooms were selected with tiled wood floors, wardrobes in dark shades and warmer colors on the walls. The same aesthetics followed the en suite bathroom located next to the master bedroom.

Special emphasis was given to the energy upgrade of the house. Europa 6000 Hybrid energy frames were installed and the roof was re-insulated with 10 cm extruded polystyrene Fibran XPS. Of course, foam concrete and asphalt tile followed, which waterproofed the entire surface. Special care was taken in the installation of the solar panels as a metal mounting base was constructed that prevented the insulation from being punctured.

Plasterboard roof construction with scotch lighting and curtain recesses in all frames (curtain rods)

Construction of a common staircase with installation of marble stairs and wide stairs

Installation of floor and bathroom tiles

Installation of interior doors and security door
