House (Maisonette) renovation in Alimos

Our company undertook the total renovation of a maisonette of 140 sq.m. in Alimos. The maisonette was built in 1980 and had a living room – kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. However, the family grew and the owners proceeded with a complete renovation to create another room for the new member!

On the renovation, we had to solve the problem of the old difficult-to-use staircase, as well as the heating and cooling of the house.

Our company created the new design of the house according to the needs of the owners and through the photorealistic 3D models we chose the final form of the staircase and the new design of the living room and kitchen.

The issue of heating and cooling the house was solved with the autonomous system of heat pump and Fan Coil of the company Daikin. In this way we ensured autonomy of heating and cooling not only on the 2 floors but also in each room separately. Separate thermostats were installed so that the user of each room can select the desired temperature of his room.

New thermal insulation frames were installed to reduce losses and an impressive 3-sided energy fireplace by Edilkamin.

All the electrical and plumbing supplies of the house were made from the beginning to serve the modern needs of a house.

Tips for the children’s rooms were definitely the lamp with the clover of Panathinaikos in the bedroom of Alexandros, the photo wallpaper of Spiderman in the room of Spyros and the pink branch in the room of Konstantina that made our little friends very happy.
