House renovation in Kerameikos

The property is located in the area of ​​Kerameikos, in a rising investment area of ​​Athens.
The purpose of the renovation was to exploit it as a short-term lease property.
At the beginning of 2021 the property was completely renovated. New plumbing and electrical installations were constructed, a 0.75 x 0.75 tiled floor was installed in the living areas and a semi-solid wood floor in the rooms, the frames were replaced with new Europa windows with double glazing and electric shutters.
To heat the property, we installed an autonomous Daikin gas boiler system with a new single-pipe circuit and internal loop bodies.
For the cooling of the property we installed autonomous air conditioning units in each space. The system offers autonomy of heating and cooling per room at a very low cost.
In terms of design and decoration, we chose the influences of Nordic design with earth tones. In this way the property attracts a larger audience in short-term leases.
We gave special weight to the kitchen with its special design. The constructions of the entrance and the master bedroom also give a special style.
