House renovation in Patisia

The renovation works in the 100sqm apartment in the area of Patissia took place in the period October – December 2015.

The design included moving the kitchen to the living room in order to free up a room.

Also in the wishes of the owners was the expansion of the WC, with the construction of a shower, as well as the complete renovation of all other areas of the house.

In the kitchen area we chose to place the hobs in the center of the space in order to integrate with the dining area and the living room.

The placement of the hearths in the center of the space (living room – kitchen – dining room) unifies the spaces and highlights the imposing island lined with Corian countertop and modern kitchen furniture.

The hidden lighting in the plasterboard ceiling and in the kitchen furniture in combination with the floor in wood shade give a modern but also warm character to the house.

In the main bathroom, a large shower was built instead of the existing bathtub, as well as a built-in bench on which the stone sink was placed. In the WC there was a game between the tile and the pressed cement mortar and the result was impressive.

Hanging basins with built-in cisterns and sanitary ware by Grohe and Ideal Standard were installed in both bathrooms.

New sliding wardrobes were installed in the rooms and colors were made to the wishes of the owners.
