Merging and renovation of apartments in Thissio

The project assigned to our company was the merging of two independent apartments in the center of Thiseio in a comfortable house of 125 sq.m. The task was quite difficult as the apartments were located on the third floor of a five-storey building. So a clever plan had to be made to build a beautiful house without disturbing the building’s central plumbing and heating facilities. After a detailed survey and the necessary permits were issued, we ended up with an open space for living room – dining room – kitchen, a bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and 2 children’s bedrooms with another bathroom.

All the plumbing and electrical installations were replaced and a new autonomous heating system was built with a wall-mounted natural gas boiler that offers independent heating and hot water for use whenever we wish.

In the kitchen, a counter was built so that on the one hand it accommodates cupboards and the necessary storage space and on the other hand it becomes a seat for the family table.

New tiles were placed on the floors throughout the house, suspended ceilings were built to enhance the lighting in the kitchen, and two modern bathrooms with built-in recess details were designed and built.

New closets were installed in the rooms that take full advantage of all available space.

We gave a very nice touch to the children’s bedroom by painting a very nice landscape with wonderful colors!
