Renovated maisonette with swimming pool in Vrilissia

Another new house renovation project in the area of ​​Vrilissia. This is a radical renovation in the interior and exterior of a two-storey maisonette. Our goal was to create a separate house with its own imposing character.

Always guided by the wishes of the owners and of course the suggestions of our team we came to the final result. The points that stand out are undoubtedly the construction of the pool with a skimmer in the uncovered area of ​​the plot, which in combination with the brown shade of Halkidiki stone and the iroko fencing on the outside give a special character. Inside the house simple lines on a white background combine simplicity with luxury.

Significant projects were carried out in the energy part of the house where an external thermal insulation system with 7cm thick stone wool was applied. Daikin VRV type air conditioning was installed and all windows were replaced with new Europa thermal energy-saving windows.

In more detail for the needs of the renovation, the following works were performed:

Demolition of floors, dismantling of old closets, doors, kitchen, bathroom, etc.

New water supply and sewerage installation throughout the property with collector and multilayer pipeline.

Complete renovation of the bathrooms (one on each level) and wc on the ground floor, with new sanitary ware of Ideal Standard and built-in Geberit cisterns.

New electrical installation with new panel, with installation of data network. Installation of Paradox alarm system.

New Dura radiator bodies outer loop.

Installation of a new semi-solid wood polished floor throughout the ground floor.

Installation of new interior doors and cabinets with damping mechanisms and brakes.

Construction of a new kitchen with acrylic doors and Maxfine counter in Eramosa Marmi shade.
