Renovation of luxury apartment in Voula

The new project of our company concerned the renovation of a very beautiful 140sqm apartment in the area of Voula. The house, which was built in 1996, was completely renovated and several spaces were modified to meet the needs of the new owners.
Initially, we demolished a wall that created a barrier in the space, so we created a single living room with a kitchen. The small toilet that existed grew in size and became a comfortable bathroom. Together we created a space next to the entrance with 2 large closets for storage of the house. Finally, the third bedroom grew in size at the expense of the kitchen, but it remains huge!
Of course in such a renovation all the plumbing and electrical supplies were replaced. The system of the smart home with the Legrand socket switches was installed. We placed special emphasis on the pre-installation of the air conditioning units so that we have the most complete visual effect.
The kitchen of the house is really delicious. The white paneled doors combined with the large openings make the space look even brighter. The large islet with hearths dominates the area. Certainly this kitchen does not lack storage spaces
Ceiling boards were placed on the ceilings of the living room and the kitchen and perimeter lighting was installed so that we have many different lighting scenarios depending on the needs.
In the living room, the fireplace was completely reconstructed with new black firebricks and a black apron. A comfortable corner sofa and a dining area were placed.
The old WC was converted into a comfortable bathroom with gray tiles and natural oak furniture. In the main bathroom of the house were built illuminated recesses and a built-in bench that houses a large sink. All sanitary ware are fitted with shower ends on the bathroom ceilings.
New closets were installed in the rooms and in the third bedroom a combination of a closet and a small office was built.
The whole house was troweled and painted with the ecological colors of Vivechrom in very interesting shades.
