Total apartment renovation in Nea Ionia

Our company completed the complete renovation of the house of 70 sqm on the second floor in N. Ionia. The old construction included the classic layout of that time with the kitchen separate from the living room. Our idea was to move the kitchen next to the living room in order to create a single and comfortable living space. The children’s room of the house was created in the area where the old kitchen was located.

Naturally new plumbing and electrical installations were made, wood flooring was installed and new tiles and sanitary ware were installed in the bathroom. The kitchen with the wonderful fold stands out in the new space as well as the bookcase made of a combination of plasterboard and solid wooden shelves.

New sliding wardrobes were installed in the bedrooms and in combination with the warm colors and the tasteful lighting that were chosen, an impressive ensemble was created.
