Apartment renovation in Agia Paraskevi

Complete apartment renovation by the MECHA Engineering team. An apartment in Agia Paraskevi, built in the early 1990s with an area of ​​105 sq.m., upgraded its aesthetics and functionality to modern standards.

Considering the wishes of the owners, the proposals of our team and with the help of photorealism we came up with the final form of the project.

For the needs of the renovation, the following works were performed:

Demolition of interior masonry to create the new open space of the kitchen, living room and dining room, doors, kitchen, bathroom, wc etc.

New water supply and sewerage installation throughout the apartment with cold-hot collector and multi-layer duct.

New electrical installation with new panel, with installation of data network, installation of Paradox alarm.

Installation of laminate flooring throughout the house and new synthetic granite tiles in the bathroom and toilet areas.

Installation of new interior doors.

Construction of a new Italian kitchen with white polymer doors with aluminum gola, creation of an islet, and white brick in the shape of a brick that completes the modern image of the kitchen.

Installation of armored security door.

Complete renovation of the bathroom, with new sanitary ware of Ideal Standard and LaTorre, Geberit wall-mounted cistern and walk-in bathroom cabin.

The pure white colors (double spatulas) highlight the simple and modern materials chosen and give brightness to the space, as well as contrast with the gray floor and the charcoal interior doors.
