Construction Building Apartment in Elliniko

In March 2023, the construction of the new apartment building in the Hellinikon area was completed on schedule.

The construction started in August 2021 with the demolition of the old building that existed on the plot and proceeded faithfully following the construction plans and specifications.

4 independent properties were built that have a storage room in the basement area as well as 6 parking spaces.

The apartments are detailed as follows.

Ground floor – mezzanine of 75 square meters with living room, kitchen on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the mezzanine.
1st floor apartment of 108 square meters with open kitchen living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and storage
2nd floor apartment of 108 square meters with open kitchen living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and storage
3rd floor – attic maisonette of 165 square meters with a single kitchen living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC on the 3rd floor and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 single playroom in the attic.
Excellent quality materials were installed in all apartments, with wooden floors throughout and kitchens from an Italian company.

The building was lined externally with 10 cm thermal insulation in order to achieve very low heating and cooling losses. Also, the apartments have an underfloor heating system and fan coil for cooling which, in combination with Daikin heat pumps, offer great performance with great economy.

To minimize the electricity bills of the new owners we installed stand-alone photovoltaic systems in each property. According to our study, almost all the needs for heating, cooling and hot water will be covered by the photovoltaic system.

Electric car charging station panels were built in all parking spaces.
