Apartment renovation in Chalandri

The project of the renovation of the 65 sqm apartment in Chalandri concerned the transformation of the kitchen-living room space into a single space with the help of a construction of perforated shelves.
Taking into account the wishes of the owners, the proposals of our team and with the help of photorealism we came up with the final form of the project.
For the needs of the renovation, the following works were performed:
Demolition of floors, dismantling of old closets, doors, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
New water supply and sewerage installation throughout the apartment with cold-hot collector and multi-layer duct.
Complete renovation of the bathroom, with new sanitary ware of Ideal Standard, Geberit wall-mounted cistern and bathroom cabin.
New electrical installation with new panel, with installation of data network.
New heating network with Daikin autonomous gas boiler
New Purmo internal loop radiator bodies
Installation of new synthetic granite tiles in the living room, dining room, kitchen and room.
Installation of new interior doors and cabinets with damping mechanisms and brakes.
Construction of plasterboard suspended ceiling with spot and perimeter lighting
Construction of a new kitchen by the company Mobilturi with bakelite doors, in impressive colors
Installation of Siamo security door with veneer lining.
The result was completed with the soft earth colors of Vivechrom and the beautiful selection of furniture.
