Project Description

The renovation of a 90 sq.m. apartment in Alimos redefines contemporary urban living through a balance of light, materials, and clean lines. The open-plan living layout allows natural light to flow throughout the spaces, highlighting the textures of wood and stone. Marble details and subtle concealed lighting create an atmosphere of elegance and timeless aesthetics.

Design Goal & Philosophy

The apartment was upgraded both energetically and aesthetically, with emphasis on the quality of materials and refined elegance. Every element was designed and constructed with ergonomics and functionality in mind, fully integrating custom-made structures into the space.

Works & Technical Interventions

Energy Upgrade & Climate Systems

The property was energetically upgraded with modern systems:

• Daikin heat pump for maximum efficiency and minimal energy consumption.

• Underfloor heating for uniform temperature distribution and greater freedom in spatial layout.

Kitchen

The kitchen features solutions by Gruppo Cucine, with minimal surfaces, high-end mechanisms, and a central marble countertop that combines durability with luxury.

Bathroom

Large natural stone tiles, built-in brushed metal fixtures, a custom-made sink, and a walk-in shower with a rain shower system transform the bathroom into a space of relaxation and well-being.

Custom Constructions & Wardrobes

Storage was treated as an architectural element:
Sliding systems and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes by Golden Door, featuring a minimal exterior appearance and maximum functionality.
Custom-made doors and flooring solutions that ensure visual continuity and cohesion throughout the apartment.

The final result is a space with clean lines and refined details, functional, elegant and energy-efficiently upgraded.
