House renovation in N. Psychiko

Total apartment renovation by the MECHA Engineering team. An apartment in the area of ​​N. Psychiko, built in the early 1970s with an area of ​​75 sq.m., upgraded its aesthetics and functionality to modern standards.
For the needs of the renovation, the following works were performed:
The old open plan dining area was separated to give rise to a 2nd bedroom
New water supply and sewerage installation throughout the apartment with cold-hot collector and multi-layer duct.
New electrical installation with new panel, with installation of data network, installation of Paradox alarm.
The existing marble floors were repaired with epoxy resin and polished to return them to their original condition.
Installation of new interior doors.
Construction of a new kitchen with bakelite doors in a new layout and gray brick in the shape of a brick that completes the modern image of the kitchen.
Installation of Siamo security door.
Complete renovation of the bathroom, with new sanitary ware of Ideal Standard and construction of a shower with cabin.
