Complete House Renovation in Paleo Psychiko

The project concerns the total renovation of a 37 sqm apartment, constructed in the ’80s in the area of ​​Paleo Psychiko, with the aim of utilizing it as a short-term rental property (Bnb).

The needs for spaces covered by the new study include a unified space for entrance, living room, kitchen, and bedroom with a bathroom.

The study, in terms of layout and construction plan, was meticulously prepared so that all design and material selection issues were finalized before the start of the works. The overall aesthetic of the space, according to the owners’ desire, was based on earthy tones.

The main color palette includes oak shades for kitchen furniture and wardrobe-desk, while soft gray-beige tones were used for the floor and bathroom. In more detail, in this project, despite its small size, all the work was carried out as if dealing with a larger residence.

In summary, new electrical and plumbing installations were made, Marazzi floor tiles were placed, a new kitchen of Italian specifications and an Arredo3 wardrobe with ample storage space were installed, new energy-efficient Alumil thermal break frames with four-season energy glass, built-in sanitary ware, and a bathroom cabinet in a combination of oak natural veneer and a sink made of Calce-Tortora tiles.

The result was completed with the soft colors of Vivechrom, highlighting the warmth and the new style of the new residence. All of the above, along with the images speaking for themselves, created a space ideal for a getaway, not far from the center of Athens, perfect for friends and couples, or even entirely satisfactory for the needs of business travelers.
